No problems with order or delivery

The item we required was not in the shop so they arranged for it to be delivered this all happened very quickly The downside we felt in an age where we are all supposed to be thinking about time, cost, etc was you arranged for it to be delivered by courier in a card board box whereas it could have been put in an envelope with a 2nd class stamp ! (Item was bottle tops)

Further to my recent review and the suspiciously quick request to email them (an automatic reply?), I did and with my phone number to discuss. Two weeks later I have STILL not heard from them!,
Lakeland are a SHAMBLES.

I received an e-mail offering me a roll of foil for £1, but at check out it showed full price. I was ordering it as a gift as I am always saying how wonderful your foil is and even better when used in conjunction with the wrap dispensers I bought from Lakeland for foil and cling film. The dispensers are another product I highly recommend and as a Social Committee Member, where we regularly provide meals for events, people often comment on the natty dispensers when sending people hope with plated meals.

I am very satisfied with the Lakeland electric kettle as it suits my requirements.
However, only having used it for just a couple of weeks it is far too soon whether it will live up to it's three year guarantee but I hope so. So many of the plastic jug kettles seem to last about 6 months.
